But what you had to go thorough to do a transfer borders on the insane, there is no logical reason for both to be kept in the same place. But they are one of the cheapest places to buy domains, so it might behoove you to somehow retrace(and commit to writing) the needed steps for future reference. 

Ideally they would make as the default private listing known only to the domain owner and domain company.</description>
