When I entered the website with www at the beginning, I got the $7,000 figure, but when I put an http:// in front of the www, I got a figure of just over $2,000. I just entered your blog’s URL and it came up with a completely different figure (almost $5000 different). Assuming you only did it a few days ago, it shouldn’t have changed that much, should it?

Coincidentally, I was reading an article the other day on buying and selling websites, blogs in particular, and two of the main criteria they used were the amount of money it is currently generating and the number of subscribers/users regularly using the site.

I was interested to see what Technorati uses to generate its value, but the link from their website crashed my browser (and I had to retype this message!) So I’ll have a look another day.
