Did you know that you could take a picture of your computer screen and send it to the clipboard? Then you can paste it into a graphics program or into a Word document to show an image of the screen.
To capture the screen, press Alt and the Print Screen key at the same time. Then to paste it, press Ctrl and the V key to see your captured screen.
This is a great trick for doing a tutorial.

This is an activity you can do with your child or grandchild. I think my grandson would like it if he would slow down long enough to try.
- Hold a clothespin to the computer screen and trace a rectangle shape with your mouse for the butterfly body.
- On each side of the body, draw and decorate a large wing. Use the copy and flip functions on your computer to make equal sides.
- Then print out your butterfly, colour it, and add decorations.
- Glue the uncoloured side to construction paper and cut it out.
- Glue the underpart of the body to a clothespin and fold the wings up.
- Glue a folded twist tie at the top of the closed end for an antennae.
Now find a nice warm place to display those butterflies.

justmakemoneyonline.com is a blog about beginning to make money online and right now I am part of their challenge to make at least $100 online in 2007. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but the most I have made in three years is about $15. Just goes to show Internet Marketing is not quite as easy as some people tell you.

My mother uses an Excel spreadsheet to plan her monthly budget. One month’s activities are copied and pasted to a separate worksheet and the figures changed to reflect the current month. For example, January’s budget can be copied and pasted to a February worksheet.
Then the month and any figures can be changed as required. The Excel program calculates totals and provides any formulas needed.
Now my mother is 82 years old, so if she could learn it, so can we. Write a comment and let us know what you think of Excel.

I found a great site today for video tutorials on some aspects of Internet Marketing and using Wordpress blogs. Since I am a visual learner, these were well done and easy to understand. The site is tubetorial.com
